Senior Partnership Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic partnership plans that align commercial priorities and long-term growth opportunities
• Strengthen partner relationships to deliver shared outcomes and deepen engagement across the partnership
• Drive strategic initiatives that grow the partnership and improve member value
• Lead commercial discussions to achieve sustainable outcomes and support joint business objectives
• Ensure service delivery meets agreed standards and resolves issues that impact partner experience
• Influence product, proposition, and digital solutions that respond to partner and industry needs

Requirements

• At least five years of experience in superannuation
• Strong knowledge of group life insurance
• Proven experience building trusted relationships and working collaboratively with partners, clients, and internal teams
• Ability to communicate clearly and confidently, including presenting ideas to diverse audiences
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities and support effective decisions
• Commercial judgement and an understanding of group insurance pricing and products
