About the role
Responsibilities
- Own the commercial success of AMER partnership accounts, including onboarding, activation, scaling, and renewal
- Act as the commercial-technical lead in pre-sales, supporting partner evaluations and tech feasibility assessments
- Manage the integration journey to ensure partners are technically and operationally prepared to transact at launch
- Lead project management between AMER and Berlin HQ to coordinate business, operations, and technical workstreams
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration and operational issues involving APIs, feeds, logs, and affiliate tools
- Use partner performance and operational data to optimize integration quality and stability
- Identify and apply AI tools to improve onboarding speed, troubleshooting, and reporting
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in travel tech account management or project management
- Minimum 3 years of experience in global/regional OTA, GDS, super app, or e-commerce B2B tech partnerships
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with technical integrations or technical account management
- Strong experience in API-based integrations within travel tech flows
- Proficiency using AI tools (LLMs, copilots) in daily workflows
- Proven experience managing multiple internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and manage projects to budget and deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
- Understanding of B2B travel tech distribution ecosystems
- Experience with OTAs’ affiliate partnership models
