About the role
Responsibilities
- Own the commercial success of AMER partnership accounts, focusing on onboarding, activation, and scaling.
- Act as the commercial-technical lead in pre-sales, conducting tech feasibility assessments and product fit evaluations.
- Lead the technical integration journey, ensuring partners are operationally prepared to transact at launch.
- Bridge the gap between AMER partners and the Berlin HQ, managing project timelines and integration sequencing.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration and operational issues related to APIs, feeds, and affiliate tools.
- Champion AI-enabled workflows to improve onboarding speed, troubleshooting, and reporting.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in travel tech account management or project management within a fast-growing company.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in global/regional OTA, GDS, or e-commerce B2B tech partnerships.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience managing technical API-based integrations.
- Proficiency with AI tools (LLMs, copilots) for daily workflows, data synthesis, and debugging.
- Strong understanding of B2B/B2C marketplace models and travel tech distribution ecosystems.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders in a hybrid environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with affiliate marketing and technical side of affiliate ecosystems.
- Proven track record of managing complex search-to-book and loyalty flows.
- Experience working within a global organization with centralized product roadmaps.
