Senior Partner Success Manager

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for operational questions from installers, sales teams, and end customers
• Process support requests quickly and solution-oriented to ensure reliable daily business support
• Prioritize and escalate complex cases while working with internal teams on sustainable solutions
• Expand the knowledge base by creating support articles, FAQs, and onboarding materials
• Document recurring challenges and derive improvement potential for processes, tools, and collaboration
• Provide structured market feedback to influence product development and internal workflows
• Help build a scalable partner success setup with clear standards and high process quality

Requirements

• Relevant experience in Customer Success, B2B Support, Account Management, or Operations
• Clear, reliable, and empathetic communication skills
• Structured and solution-oriented working style with the ability to multitask
• Proficiency with digital tools such as chat or ticketing systems
• German language skills at C1 level (required)
• Good English language skills (desirable)
