Senior Partner Solutions Engineer

Responsibilities

• Act as the strategic technical lead for assigned partners, managing the end-to-end technical lifecycle from pre-sales discovery to post-sales service delivery.
• Drive technical alignment and enablement to build partner capabilities in SASE/SSE (Cloudflare One) and AI Infrastructure (Workers AI/AI Gateway).
• Cultivate technical "champions" within partner organizations to scale Cloudflare expertise and generate Partner-Influenced Opportunities (PIO).
• Own the Technical Account Plan (TAP) for strategic partners, mapping business goals to technical execution milestones.
• Co-develop joint services catalogues and managed service offerings with partners to accelerate service monetization.
• Leverage autonomous AI tools and Cloudflare OS to automate repeatable technical tasks and optimize operational efficiency.
• Provide feedback to product teams through the Partner Technical Advisory Council (PTAC) to drive co-innovation on emerging features.

Requirements

• 8+ years of technical, partner-facing experience (e.g., Systems Engineer, Solutions Architect, or Technical Account Manager) in cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, or networking.
• Deep technical expertise in SASE/SSE architectures, Zero Trust, DNS, and application security.
• Hands-on familiarity with AI deployment, AI Gateway, LLM orchestration frameworks, or vector databases.
• Proven track record of building technical champion programs and driving adoption of complex cloud and AI technologies.
• Strong understanding of enterprise IT, multi-cloud, and hybrid cloud environments.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex architectures to both technical teams and executive leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
