Senior Partner Solutions Consultant

Responsibilities

• Shape partner strategy and execution by influencing how strategic partners take Appian to market
• Build partner capability through reference architectures, solution patterns, and AI-enabled blueprints
• Drive pipeline through account mapping, industry plays, and demand generation
• Provide technical leadership in partner-led opportunities, including discovery and proof-of-value
• Act as a bridge between partners and internal sales, product, and engineering teams
• Translate technology into business value for executive-level conversations
• Synthesize market insights and partner feedback for Product and Engineering teams

Requirements

• 5+ years in pre-sales, sales engineering, solutions consulting, or client-facing strategic consulting
• Prior experience in partner go-to-market, solution development, or relationship management
• Deep understanding of how services firms build offerings and engage customers
• Experience with enterprise technology platforms (BPM, low-code, workflow, or automation)
• Strong executive communication and workshop facilitation skills
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
• Ability to travel up to 70% within the assigned region

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a major consulting firm or similar advisory environment
• Familiarity with enterprise production environments (application servers, web servers, databases)
• Strong interest in AI and machine learning
