Senior Partner Solutions Architect

Responsibilities

• Lead partner capability strategy across the India market to accelerate AI-powered platform solutions
• Collaborate with Atlassian Partners to create packaged implementation services, solutions, and GTM strategies
• Conduct technical workshops and capability sessions focused on Enterprise cloud and AI with Partners
• Partner with enterprise sales teams to educate them on partner capabilities and optimize co-selling motions
• Drive cloud thought leadership programs and build a coordinated capability model across the organization

Requirements

• Proven experience in product, consulting, and sales for digital transformation
• Strong business acumen combined with consultative selling skills
• In-depth understanding of SaaS platform benefits and underlying technologies
• Broad knowledge of cloud and AI technologies with the ability to perform deep technical dives
• Experience working collaboratively with partners or Global System Integrators (GSIs)
• Must be located in India

Preferred Qualifications

• Willingness to become a subject matter expert on the Atlassian product suite
• Experience driving high-impact use cases in an enterprise environment
