Senior Partner Solutions Architect

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Engagement Managers and Partner Success Managers to design complex solutions and validate project scope.
• Advise customers and partners on data governance, API architecture, security frameworks, and enterprise deployment best practices.
• Act as a technical advisor for strategic partner-led engagements with Enterprise clients.
• Champion the integration of AI capabilities and agentic driven workflows within partner solutions.
• Design and deliver technical training programs, workshops, and certifications to enable partners to implement enterprise-grade solutions.
• Create technical enablement content, including reference architectures, implementation guides, and best practice documentation.
• Establish technical standards, templates, and frameworks to scale partner delivery across multiple client engagements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of solution engineering, solutions architecture, or technical consulting experience supporting Enterprise SaaS platforms.
• 3+ years of proven experience designing and implementing complex Airtable deployments.
• 1+ years of experience working within partner ecosystems or with systems integrators.
• Must hold Airtable Builder, Admin, and AI certifications.
• Demonstrated AI/ML fluency, including experience with generative AI tools (LLMs, AI assistants).
• Proficiency in process mapping and documentation tools such as LucidChart, Visio, or Miro.
• Strong ability to create technical documentation and training content for diverse audiences.
