Senior Partner Solution Engineer

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Partner, Sales, and Solutions Engineering teams to implement optimal solutions with partners
• Design and deliver technical training, workshops, and certifications to upskill partner teams on Snowflake architecture
• Co-develop industry-specific solutions and accelerators, such as data migration frameworks and industry data models
• Present at Snowflake and Partner events, lead hackathons, and drive Snowflake awareness and adoption
• Partner on strategic customer engagements to define use cases, deliver presentations, and execute Proofs of Concept (POCs)
• Own the technology roadmap with partners to build and scale their Snowflake practices
• Advocate for partner and customer needs with Snowflake product teams

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant industry experience
• Experience working with Global/Regional System Integrators, Cloud Service Providers, and Technology Partners
• Proven experience designing and building scalable data pipelines using Spark and Kafka
• Strong SQL and data warehousing fundamentals
• Hands-on technical experience with DevOps and CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, AWS CodePipeline, or Google Cloud Build)
• Strong experience with major cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud)
• Experience with Big Data or Cloud integration technologies like Azure Data Factory, AWS Glue, or AWS Lambda
• Ability to travel up to 30% within the ASEAN region

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI/ML use cases
• Developed data domain thought leadership within a partner community
• Deep comprehension of Partner revenue models and industry priorities
