About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own the partner roadmap (GSI + RSI) in France, designing and executing a local strategy aligned with country growth objectives
  • Drive bookings and consumption in collaboration with the Country Manager and District Managers
  • Support Acquisition (Partner-Sourced Cap1) and Expansion (Use Case Wins & Go-Lives)
  • Hire, develop, and scale a high-performing partner team in France
  • Manage internal stakeholders, forecast calls, and pipeline reviews

Requirements

  • Deep understanding of the Data & AI services market in France
  • Ability to master Snowflake's value proposition and navigate complex commercial and legal negotiations
  • Experience executing Business Plans and Strategic Collaboration Agreements
  • Extensive experience in the French cloud/data partner ecosystem
  • Proven track record of building and scaling partner-led revenue
  • Fluency in French and English
