About the role
Responsibilities
- Own the partner roadmap (GSI + RSI) in France, designing and executing a local strategy aligned with country growth objectives
- Drive bookings and consumption in collaboration with the Country Manager and District Managers
- Support Acquisition (Partner-Sourced Cap1) and Expansion (Use Case Wins & Go-Lives)
- Hire, develop, and scale a high-performing partner team in France
- Manage internal stakeholders, forecast calls, and pipeline reviews
Requirements
- Deep understanding of the Data & AI services market in France
- Ability to master Snowflake's value proposition and navigate complex commercial and legal negotiations
- Experience executing Business Plans and Strategic Collaboration Agreements
- Extensive experience in the French cloud/data partner ecosystem
- Proven track record of building and scaling partner-led revenue
- Fluency in French and English
