Senior Partner Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire life cycle of large events from commercial contract signing to final closing
• Act as the primary point of contact between event organizers and internal stakeholders
• Coordinate tasks across multiple departments to ensure timely delivery
• Communicate product and process needs to HQ and collaborate with product/engineering teams
• Create and maintain exhaustive Q&A documentation for user support teams
• Ensure all project goals are supported by necessary documentation
• Provide on-site presence during event launches or critical dates as required

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in project management or consulting
• Degree qualified
• Fluency in English and Spanish
• Strong analytical, relationship management, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage parallel work-streams in an ambiguous environment
• Solution-focused mindset with strong communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the events industry
• Knowledge of promotional tools like Facebook and Instagram
• Strong academic background
• Proficiency in additional languages
