Senior Partner Program Manager - Strategic Initiatives

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to accelerate partner-driven growth through targeted programs that complement the standard partner framework
• Design, launch, and scale custom partner programs supporting regional growth, new product adoption, and strategic collaborations
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders across Sales, Legal, Finance, Operations, Marketing, and Product to execute initiatives
• Develop operational processes and requirements to ensure successful execution and long-term scalability
• Measure program effectiveness and recommend improvements based on performance data and partner feedback
• Translate successful pilot initiatives into repeatable, scalable programs for the broader partner ecosystem

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in partner programs, program management, business operations, or strategy within a SaaS or technology company
• Proven track record of building and scaling partner programs from the ground up
• Strong understanding of SaaS business models, specifically consumption-based and usage-based software businesses
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from ideation through execution and long-term adoption
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision making
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence in a complex organization

Preferred Qualifications

• Quantitative background in business, economics, finance, engineering, or analytics
• Experience supporting channel, alliance, cloud, or ecosystem partner programs
• Experience building programs that require alignment across commercial, operational, and legal stakeholders
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for taking initiatives from concept to impact
