Senior Partner Operations Change Management Strategist

Responsibilities

• Own, mature, and operate change management processes with internal teams and banking partners
• Support day-to-day relationship management with bank partners regarding new feature and product launches
• Build a knowledge base and framework for internal teams to support new feature development
• Onboard and train employees on external tools and partner dashboards
• Collaborate with Risk and Compliance to create scalable reporting and feedback processes
• Partner with Engineering, Product, and Marketing to launch features and communicate roadmaps to stakeholders
• Strategically grow Mercury’s network of financial relationships and deepen existing programs

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in financial services or banking operations
• 3+ years of experience specifically supporting bank partnerships
• Strong organizational skills and a high attention to detail
• Technical inclination with the ability to liaise between product and external teams
• Highly collaborative mindset with the ability to manage complex stakeholder expectations
• Ability to remain calm and effective while managing multiple time-sensitive priorities
