Senior Partner Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the partner marketing strategy and roadmap for an assigned portfolio of partners
• Build joint business plans with Business Development counterparts to drive pipeline and revenue
• Forecast and manage program-level investment and report on ROI to leadership
• Establish partner marketing playbooks, frameworks, and best practices
• Develop and execute joint campaigns including webinars, content, events, and digital campaigns
• Collaborate with product marketing, campaign, and brand teams for consistent messaging
• Manage marketing relationships with partner stakeholders to ensure alignment

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in partner, channel, or B2B marketing
• Proven track record of scaling co-marketing programs with measurable revenue impact
• Strong commercial instincts and experience reporting on ROI
• Excellent communication skills and executive presence
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Looker, Retool, Marketo, Monday.com, or Splash
• Ability to travel up to 40% of the time

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in fintech or SaaS
• Experience with financial or payments partner ecosystems
• Experience with ERP, VAR, or Ecommerce partners
• Knowledge of SaaS enterprise partner ecosystems or accounting channels
