Senior Partner Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Build and own joint marketing plans with key Japan and global alliance partners to drive pipeline creation and progression.
• Manage partner marketing budgets, including investment planning, allocation, and performance evaluation.
• Identify and drive strategic engagement opportunities with internal and customer-facing senior leadership.
• Partner with regional and in-country teams to deliver campaigns and coordinate participation in flagship and third-party events.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, PR/AR, Partner Sales, Product, Enablement, and Operations.
• Track and report on performance metrics, providing insights through dashboards and regular updates.
• Develop customer success stories and joint value propositions to showcase partnership impact.

Requirements

• 15+ years of enterprise marketing experience within the tech industry.
• 7+ years of experience in a partner marketing role.
• Proven experience managing marketing budgets, including tracking utilization and compliance.
• Proficiency in both English and Japanese (Native or Fluent) is required.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• Strong understanding of B2B marketing metrics and data-driven decision making.
• Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and collaborate across multiple stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Post-graduate degree in a relevant field.
• Familiarity with AI tools.
• Experience partnering with sales and marketing teams in customer-facing environments.
