Senior Partner Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop productive relationships with partners within the Esri Partner Network
• Own partner-influenced and partner-sourced pipeline targets and revenue execution
• Execute joint go-to-market initiatives, including co-sell and resell engagements
• Apply solution selling and market insight to communicate ROI to customer decision makers
• Structure and negotiate moderately complex agreements including pricing and discounts

Requirements

• 5+ years of enterprise sales, partner management, or alliance management experience
• Experience driving partner-influenced or partner-supported revenue growth
• Proficiency in solution selling and consultative engagement
• Strong understanding of pipeline management and forecasting
• Experience executing co-sell or reseller go-to-market motions
• Ability to travel domestically or internationally 25–50%
• Bachelor’s degree in GIS, business administration, or a related field
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

• General knowledge of data science or spatial analysis
• Awareness of marketing tactics and strategies
• Master’s degree in GIS, business administration, or a related field
