About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage and develop productive relationships with assigned partners within the Esri Partner Network
- Drive partner-influenced and partner-sourced pipeline and revenue growth
- Execute joint Go-to-Market initiatives, including co-sell and resell engagements
- Enable partner teams on Esri offerings, messaging, and sales motions
- Articulate value propositions and ROI to customer decision makers
- Structure and negotiate moderately complex agreements including pricing and discounts
Requirements
- 5+ years of enterprise sales, partner management, or alliance management experience
- Experience driving partner-influenced pipeline and revenue growth
- Proficiency in solution selling and consultative engagement
- Understanding of pipeline management, forecasting, and deal progression
- Experience executing co-sell or reseller go-to-market motions
- Ability to travel domestically or internationally 25–50%
- Bachelor’s degree in GIS, business administration, or a related field
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in GIS, business administration, or a related field
- General knowledge of data science or spatial analysis
- Awareness of marketing tactics and strategies
