Senior Partner Implementation Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end partner implementations as the primary project manager from kickoff through go-live
• Conduct discovery sessions to understand operational workflows, business goals, and integration opportunities
• Design and configure workflows, events, and messaging experiences for customers and adjusters
• Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to ensure solutions align with business needs
• Manage implementation timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication
• Drive adoption and readiness activities to support successful launch and long-term partner success
• Identify opportunities to improve implementation processes and scalability

Requirements

• 6-7+ years of experience in implementation management, professional services, or partner operations in SaaS or insurance
• Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple complex implementations
• Deep understanding of insurance workflows, claims processes, and ecosystem partnerships
• Strong consultative and relationship management skills
• Ability to design and optimize customer journeys and communication experiences
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to quantify business value
• Curiosity about AI and emerging technologies
