Responsibilities
- Own and scale Ramp's partner field marketing strategy to drive co-marketed events and measurable pipeline
- Develop targeted partner engagement strategies for executive dinners, roadshows, and conferences
- Partner with Alliances and Sales to identify strategic partners and align on target account lists
- Hold partners accountable for bringing qualified prospects and supporting joint outreach
- Design partner-integrated event experiences for priority customer accounts
- Develop attribution frameworks and reporting to measure partner-sourced pipeline and performance
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align campaign strategy and follow-up execution
- Leverage AI and automation to improve operational efficiency and campaign execution
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in partner marketing, channel marketing, alliances, or field marketing in B2B SaaS
- Proven track record of building partner programs that drive measurable pipeline
- Experience executing top-tier executive events and conference ancillary events
- Experience developing account-based partner marketing strategies with Sales and Alliances teams
- Strong understanding of partner ecosystems and joint go-to-market programs
- Exceptional project management and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical skills with experience in marketing attribution and pipeline impact
- Proficiency in leveraging AI tools to improve productivity and workflows
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with technology alliances, cloud partners, or systems integrators
- Experience with Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot, or event management tools
- Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM) and partner attribution models
- Experience supporting customer advisory boards or industry conferences
