Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of strategic Parloa partners, driving partner maturity and successful customer delivery outcomes
• Build trusted relationships with partner executives, practice leads, delivery managers, and architects
• Act as a strategic advisor to partners on building and scaling their Parloa services practice
• Guide partners through complex enterprise AI and CX transformation programs
• Partner with Account Executives and Partner Managers to support strategic deals and validate delivery approaches
• Monitor partner-led customer implementations and manage escalations
• Drive operational rigor across partner engagements, including governance and success metrics
• Advocate for partners internally while maintaining accountability for delivery quality
• Support the evolution of Parloa’s Partner Success function through scalable programs and playbooks

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS, consulting, partner management, customer success, or professional services
• Proven track record working with global systems integrators or consulting firms
• Understanding of enterprise delivery models and implementation methodologies (SAFe Agile, waterfall, etc.)
• Strong executive presence and ability to communicate with partner and customer leadership
• Ability to navigate cross-functional environments and influence without direct authority
• Exposure to AI, automation, cloud, or enterprise technology ecosystems
• Fluency in German

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with conversational AI, CCaaS, or enterprise automation platforms
• Experience supporting multi-region enterprise accounts and global delivery programs
• Familiarity with partner ecosystem models (sourced, influenced, and co-delivery)
• Experience building or scaling partner enablement frameworks or delivery methodologies
