Senior Paralegal - Office Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support staff through training, guidance, and quality control
• Assist with commercial litigation and corporate practice matters, including drafting and discovery
• Prepare and file motions, complaints, and court documents via e-filing systems
• Conduct legal research using Lexis and assist with matter preparation
• Prepare hearing binders, trial boxes, and litigation support materials
• Handle Sunbiz filings, corporate filings, and entity setup
• Manage matter costs, retainer requests, and client payments in Clio
• Support office administration including supplies, vendor coordination, and software tools
• Coordinate between Fort Lauderdale and Tampa offices to maintain organizational consistency

Requirements

• 8+ years of paralegal experience
• Experience in commercial litigation or corporate practice preferred
• Prior office management or staff oversight experience preferred
• Proficiency with Sunbiz, e-filing, and trial preparation
• Experience with Clio or similar practice management software
• Strong drafting, research, and organizational skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for office errands
