Responsibilities

• Communicate and understand client US immigration requirements
• Work across various visa types including H-1B, L-1A/B, TN, EB-1/2/3, H-1B1, and all phases of employment-based Green Card processes
• Focus on improving accuracy while processing applications
• Maintain knowledge of industry changes and immigration law alterations
• Maintain accurate case records and provide periodic updates
• Remain aware of regular USCIS updates
• Proactively identify opportunities for process and system improvement in collaboration with Technology QA and Development teams

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of experience within employment-based immigration, preferably in a high-volume law firm environment
• Hands-on experience in end-to-end H1B / Green Card petition drafting and LCA preparation in DOL
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with ability to multi-task
• Strong client focus and team approach
• Willingness to work in shifts

Preferred Qualifications

• Paralegal Certification or degree from an accredited college or university
