Senior Paralegal

Responsibilities

• Compile, prepare, and summarize materials for discovery, motions, briefs, and other legal documents
• Prepare for trial by creating binders, organizing electronic and hard copy documents, and managing presentation materials
• Assist during trial by indexing, tracking, and exhibiting documents and materials in the courtroom
• Perform detailed reviews and analysis of case materials, including emails, financial records, and foreign language documents
• Utilize electronic discovery and evidence management tools such as Relativity, Casemap, and Sanction
• File court documents through Electronic Court Filing (ECF) and access PACER for docket materials
• Review and summarize materials related to corruption, fraud, and money laundering
• Maintain, track, and organize case files and related discovery items

Requirements

• US Citizenship is required
• Paralegal certificate, JD, or current enrollment in an ABA-accredited law school (minimum one year completed)
• 3 years of litigation support experience or an undergraduate degree
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Windows operating systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and oral communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior trial experience
• Experience working in a professional legal office setting
• Experience with data entry, calendar management, and docketing
