Senior PAM Engineer

Responsibilities

• Own CyberArk architecture, engineering standards, and operational governance
• Lead enterprise rollout of Privilege Cloud, EPM, CCP, and Conjur
• Design scalable PAM solutions for infrastructure, applications, cloud, DevOps, and endpoints
• Lead onboarding factory for servers, databases, service accounts, and cloud admins
• Design and govern CyberArk PSM connector framework for various application types
• Lead secrets management strategy for CI/CD pipelines, containers, and Kubernetes
• Architect integrations with Entra ID, Azure, AWS, ServiceNow, and SIEM
• Manage escalations, incidents, root cause reviews, and platform stability
• Mentor engineers and establish CyberArk best practices

Requirements

• 9–12 years of total experience
• Minimum 7+ years of deep CyberArk experience
• Expert knowledge of CyberArk Privilege Cloud and EPM
• Strong implementation experience with CCP and Conjur
• Expertise in PSM connector and plugin development
• Proficiency in PowerShell, Python, or REST APIs
• Experience with cloud security integrations and Linux/Windows/Database PAM
• CyberArk CDE, Sentry, or Defender certifications preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Browser automation or web access connector design
• Kubernetes or OpenShift experience
• Knowledge of Zero Trust or JIT models
• Identity integration experience
• Product ownership experience
