Senior Palantir Engineer Lead

Responsibilities

• Define and own system architecture for applications built within the Palantir Foundry ecosystem
• Lead the design and development of scalable, resilient, and sustainable platform solutions
• Drive technical decision-making and establish engineering standards across multiple teams
• Architect and deliver integrated tools supporting daily operations, customer outreach, and scheduling
• Guide development using Foundry, Marketplace, OSDK, and custom applications
• Lead the adoption and implementation of Foundry AI capabilities, including AIP and LLMs
• Partner with product, UX, and engineering leaders to align technical strategy with business goals
• Mentor and guide engineers, acting as a technical authority and thought leader

Requirements

• Deep expertise in Palantir Foundry, including architecture and large-scale implementations
• Strong experience with Marketplace, OSDK, and building complex Foundry applications
• Proven ability to define architecture and lead technical strategy across multiple teams
• Strong understanding of AI/ML applications, particularly Foundry AIP and LLM integrations
• Bachelor's degree with 9+ years of IT experience OR Master's degree with 5+ years OR 12+ years of IT experience
• At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading technical teams or acting as a principal/lead engineer
• Background in full-stack or distributed systems development
• Experience building integrated business platforms or ecosystems
