About the role
Responsibilities
- Define and own system architecture for applications built within the Palantir Foundry ecosystem
- Lead the design and development of scalable, resilient, and sustainable platform solutions
- Drive technical decision-making and establish engineering standards across multiple teams
- Architect and deliver integrated tools supporting daily operations, customer outreach, and scheduling
- Guide development using Foundry, Marketplace, OSDK, and custom applications
- Lead the adoption and implementation of Foundry AI capabilities, including AIP and LLMs
- Partner with product, UX, and engineering leaders to align technical strategy with business goals
- Mentor and guide engineers, acting as a technical authority and thought leader
Requirements
- Deep expertise in Palantir Foundry, including architecture and large-scale implementations
- Strong experience with Marketplace, OSDK, and building complex Foundry applications
- Proven ability to define architecture and lead technical strategy across multiple teams
- Strong understanding of AI/ML applications, particularly Foundry AIP and LLM integrations
- Bachelor's degree with 9+ years of IT experience OR Master's degree with 5+ years OR 12+ years of IT experience
- At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience leading technical teams or acting as a principal/lead engineer
- Background in full-stack or distributed systems development
- Experience building integrated business platforms or ecosystems
