About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage multi-million dollar monthly digital budgets across digital paid marketing channels
- Optimize campaign performance and test new products with partners like Google and TikTok
- Maintain and monitor key metrics including budget pacing, cost per acquisition, and LTV proxies
- Manage an experimentation roadmap including A/B creative tests, incrementality tests, and bidding algo tests
- Work closely with other teams and stakeholders to ensure goals are met
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in performance marketing
- Direct, hands-on experience managing media buying, optimization (Paid Social), and strategic planning
- Proficiency in English
- High proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
- Deep familiarity with metrics such as CPA, CPC, CVR, and LTV
- Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Web & App Tracking/Attribution
- Knowledge of SQL
- Experience working on multi-sided marketplace businesses
