Senior Paid Social Manager

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage Paid Social campaigns from branding to direct response
• Provide strategic client consulting and develop campaign concepts
• Drive the adaptation of new advertising formats and betas using appropriate tools
• Execute campaigns operationally, monitor performance, and ensure continuous optimization
• Perform analysis, reporting, and derive actionable recommendations
• Present strategies, results, and innovations to internal and external stakeholders
• Collaborate on cross-departmental projects including pitches and product development
• Share knowledge within the team and support colleague onboarding and professional development

Requirements

• At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in Paid Social (agency or client side)
• Passion for new technologies, trends, and topics
• Creative mindset with strong analytical and technical skills
• Strong teamwork and active participation in team environments
• Customer-centric thinking with an understanding of client needs and goals
• Structured working style with the ability to manage complex projects
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
