Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue and ROAS via paid search channels including Google and Bing
  • Build and optimize high-budget paid search campaigns
  • Act as a Paid Search subject matter expert for the organization
  • Leverage analytical tools for data-driven decision making and optimizations
  • Collaborate globally with US and European teams to report performance and trends
  • Execute campaign strategy, planning, and testing
  • Communicate performance, action plans, and forecasts to leadership

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience managing Paid Search campaigns
  • Experience managing monthly budgets of at least $50,000 USD
  • Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, sorting, filtering)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Self-starting personality with a drive for continuous learning
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant marketing certifications
  • Must be US-based
