Senior Paid Search Consultant

Responsibilities

• Spot client challenges and stimulate team members toward solutions
• Utilize automation, data, and AI to improve campaign performance
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide regular client reports
• Stay informed about search engine algorithm changes and adjust strategies
• Drive innovation within the Paid Search team through new frameworks and methodologies
• Deliver compelling presentations and communicate complex concepts to clients
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign execution
• Act as the direct point of contact for all SEA-related matters
• Grow client accounts through upselling

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in paid search and shopping campaigns
• Experience within a digital agency or similar environment
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Bing Ads
• Proven track record of driving results and optimizing campaigns
• Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and flexibly
• Full working proficiency in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in mentoring or guiding digital specialists or teams
