Senior Paid Media Manager

Responsibilities

• Own global paid acquisition performance, including Paid eFTD, new user net profit, and ROI
• Scale investment while maintaining positive ROI and optimizing the full funnel from impression to trading
• Develop and execute paid media strategies across platforms such as Google, Meta, and TikTok
• Optimize creatives, targeting, bidding strategies, and landing pages
• Build data-driven frameworks and improve attribution using MMP and CUID mapping
• Manage large budgets efficiently to improve ROI and payback periods
• Lead and build a high-performing team while managing external agencies and vendors
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, growth, brand, and regional teams

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in performance marketing
• Proven experience in the crypto or fintech industry
• Strong expertise in ROI optimization and scaling large-scale campaigns
• Proficiency in data analysis and marketing attribution models
• Experience managing significant advertising budgets
• Fluency in both Mandarin and English
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
