Senior Packaging Engineer

Responsibilities

• Lead packaging processes, research initiatives, and continuous improvement teams to optimize manufacturing.
• Resolve manufacturing and quality issues by providing direct technical support to operations.
• Implement corrective actions to optimize processes, focusing on waste and cost reduction.
• Validate processes involving IQ/OQ equipment, sealers, new materials, and production tools.
• Coordinate technology transfer activities in collaboration with R&D, Manufacturing, and Quality departments.
• Supervise sealing technicians by providing guidance, operational support, and continuous feedback.
• Evaluate packaging suppliers to review materials, processes, and quality standards.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously to ensure deadlines and objectives are met.
• Develop and maintain up-to-date technical documentation related to manufacturing and quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in packaging and manufacturing.
• Fluency in English (both verbal and written).
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and integrate effectively between QA, suppliers, and manufacturing functions.
