Senior Packaging Designer

Responsibilities

• Lead the visual design and development of packaging for consumer goods on an international scale
• Transform creative concepts into tangible, user-centered packaging solutions
• Ensure all designs comply with brand guidelines, technical specifications, and production standards
• Prepare, review, and approve final files for pre-press to ensure maximum print quality
• Collaborate with global multidisciplinary teams to propose innovations in formats, structures, and materials

Requirements

• 4 to 6 years of proven experience in packaging design for global or consumer goods brands
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, or a related field
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Desirable experience with 3D visualization tools
• Solid technical knowledge of pre-press processes, printing systems, die-cuts, and packaging materials
• Advanced English proficiency (indispensable)

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications or courses in packaging design, pre-press, or color management
