Senior Packaging Designer

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end packaging and visual design from research and concept development through to execution
• Ensure all designs align with brand standards, design guidelines, and manufacturing requirements
• Develop high-quality design assets including graphics, branded elements, and digital content like animations
• Create 3D renderings and visualizations to support product storytelling and design decision-making
• Utilize AI-assisted tools to accelerate ideation, visual exploration, and content creation
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, and brand teams to resolve complex design challenges

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional design experience, ideally within consumer electronics or lifestyle products
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in packaging concepts, dieline development, and production-ready work
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere)
• Strong 3D visualization and rendering skills using tools such as KeyShot, Blender, Cinema 4D, or Maya
• Practical experience using AI-powered creative tools to enhance design workflows
• Solid understanding of materials, print/prepress processes, and manufacturing constraints

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
