Senior P2P Associate

Responsibilities

• Process PO and Non-PO invoices in SAP with high accuracy and timeliness
• Perform detailed validation of tax, coding, approvals, and duplicate checks
• Ensure correct execution of 3-way match (PO, Invoice, GR)
• Resolve invoice holds, discrepancies, and complex exceptions
• Act as an escalation point for issues raised by Junior Associates
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, controls, and SOX compliance requirements
• Support GR/IR reconciliation and vendor statement validation
• Contribute to month-end processing, accrual inputs, and close readiness
• Manage workload to meet SLA/KPI targets regarding accuracy and cycle time
• Identify recurring issues and support root cause analysis (RCA)
• Coordinate with procurement, requestors, finance, and treasury to resolve queries

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 3–6 years of experience in P2P or Accounts Payable operations
• Hands-on experience with invoice processing (PO & Non-PO)
• Expertise in 3-way matching and exception handling
• Proficiency in SAP (invoice processing and GR/IR visibility)
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
