Senior Outsource Producer

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for external partners, managing communication, expectations, and delivery
• Drive planning and execution for outsourced development, including scheduling, budgeting, and scope management
• Partner with internal teams to define requirements, priorities, and deliverables for external work
• Source, onboard, and manage external vendors and co-development partners to support project needs
• Establish and maintain pipelines, workflows, and best practices for external development and asset tracking
• Track progress, identify risks, and proactively resolve issues impacting delivery, quality, or timelines
• Collaborate with Production, Leads, and Directors to ensure alignment with project goals, vision, and quality standards
• Report regularly to studio leadership on external development progress, budgets, risks, and partner performance

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in production, outsourcing, or a related role within game development
• Strong understanding of AAA game development pipelines, particularly art, asset creation, and world-building workflows
• Experience managing external vendors or co-development teams across multiple time zones
• Proven experience with scheduling, budgeting, asset tracking, and delivery management
• Proficiency with production and version control tools such as JIRA and Perforce
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to identify risks and solve problems proactively in a fast-paced environment
