Senior OU Tech Partner

Responsibilities

• Deliver digital and technology initiatives that support Organisational Unit (OU) priorities in India.
• Translate defined roadmaps into clear delivery activities, milestones, and outcomes.
• Support the implementation and adoption of global digital products and platforms.
• Coordinate delivery across internal teams, global platform partners, and vendors.
• Act as the primary day-to-day technology contact for assigned business domains.
• Partner with global product and engineering teams to ensure local requirements align with global standards.
• Ensure all delivery activities follow secure-by-design principles and established architecture standards.
• Monitor operational performance of digital services and support issue resolution.

Requirements

• 4–6+ years of experience in digital or technology delivery roles.
• Proven experience delivering digital capabilities across sales, marketing, eCommerce, CRM, or digital experience platforms.
• Experience working within a matrixed, global organization.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with technology operations, vendor management, or delivery partners.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), retail, or consumer-led environments.
