Senior OU Tech Partner

Responsibilities

• Deliver business-critical digital and technology initiatives that support MEA Organisational Unit (OU) priorities.
• Translate digital roadmaps into actionable delivery activities, milestones, and measurable business outcomes.
• Act as the primary technology partner for commercial leaders in Marketing, Sales, Customer, and Corporate teams.
• Own end-to-end delivery accountability for digital initiatives, ensuring alignment with global platforms and standards.
• Coordinate delivery across internal teams, global platform partners, and external vendors.
• Partner with global product and engineering teams to ensure local requirements are met within global governance frameworks.
• Monitor the operational performance of digital services and support issue resolution with global teams.
• Ensure all delivery activities follow secure-by-design principles and comply with local regulatory and data privacy requirements.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in digital, technology, or commercial technology roles.
• Proven track record of leading complex digital delivery initiatives.
• Experience delivering digital capabilities across sales, marketing, eCommerce, CRM, or digital experience platforms.
• Experience working effectively within a matrixed, global organization.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) or retail environments.
• Experience with technology operations, vendor management, or delivery partner coordination.
