Senior Organizational Development Specialist

Responsibilities

• Drive the "Somos AlEn" culture by designing and implementing culture and recognition initiatives that enhance the employee experience.
• Strengthen and evolve the Competency Model, ensuring its integration across the talent lifecycle, including attraction, development, and evaluation.
• Design communication and positioning strategies for cultural programs and initiatives.
• Facilitate workshops, working sessions, and alignment spaces for leaders and teams.
• Design and execute organizational diagnostics, analyzing results to provide actionable insights and executive presentations for key leaders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, Administration, Human Capital, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in Organizational Development, Culture, Talent, or Learning.
• Proven experience facilitating workshops and alignment sessions with leaders and teams.
• Strong analytical thinking skills with the ability to connect data, business needs, and organizational culture.
• Excellent storytelling and executive presentation skills.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Autonomous, adaptable profile with a strong orientation toward execution and influence.
