Senior Organizational Development Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead organization design efforts including operating model design, role clarity, and workforce planning
• Design and lead change management strategies for enterprise or function-level transformations
• Apply structured change methodologies such as ADKAR, Kotter, or Prosci
• Design and deliver leadership development solutions aligned to business strategy
• Support executive teams in team effectiveness, leadership behaviors, and culture
• Lead policy design for performance management, promotion management, and internal movement
• Partner with HRBPs to execute organization and talent reviews
• Define and track success metrics for OD initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, organizational development, business, or psychology
• 8+ years of experience in organizational development or leadership management
• Proven track record of global or multi-region involvement
• Strong understanding of organizational development theory and industry trends
• In-depth understanding of the pharmaceutical and biotech industries
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in English; Mandarin or Dutch fluency is a plus
• Strong project management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree
• Experience working as a consultant
