Senior Order Management Analyst

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete sales order cycle from entry to invoicing and delivery
• Act as the primary contact between customers, sales, factories, and logistics
• Monitor order backlog to ensure compliance with agreed deadlines
• Analyze order inconsistencies and coordinate resolution with responsible areas
• Ensure compliance with group policies, price lists, and discount approvals
• Monitor operational indicators and propose continuous process improvements
• Participate in global projects related to process improvement and digitalization
