About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and support of Oracle Financial Fusion modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM)
- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders in the financial sector
- Provide techno-functional solutions, including system configurations and customizations
- Design and develop reports, integrations, and extensions using Oracle tools
- Collaborate with business users to optimize financial processes and ensure best practices
- Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
- Support data migration, reconciliation, and system upgrades
- Provide user training and post-go-live support
- Work closely with cross-functional teams and external partners
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in Oracle Financial Applications (Fusion preferred)
- Strong techno-functional expertise in Oracle Financial modules
- 3+ projects hands-on experience
- Experience working in the financial services or banking sector
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion tools (BI Reports, OTBI, FBDI, HDL, APIs)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Oracle Fusion Financials certification
- Experience in large-scale ERP implementations
- Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements in the financial sector
- Arabic language skills are a plus
