Senior Oracle Payroll Functional Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end functional design and delivery for Oracle Cloud Payroll implementations
• Serve as the primary Payroll Functional Lead across project workstreams
• Conduct workshops with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications
• Provide expertise in U.S. and Canadian payroll, including compliance, calculations, and payroll processing
• Write Fast Formulas to support payroll rules, validations, and calculations
• Direct and guide data migration and integration activities
• Collaborate with technical teams to validate functional design, integrations, and customizations
• Conduct system testing, troubleshoot payroll issues, and support go-live activities
• Provide end-user training and support change management efforts

Requirements

• Minimum 7+ years of experience with Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll
• Expertise in both U.S. and Canadian payroll operations and compliance
• Experience writing Fast Formulas for payroll logic
• Participation in 5+ Oracle Cloud Payroll engagements, including at least 2 as the Payroll Functional Lead
• Strong understanding of data migration and system integrations
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, IT, or related field
• Ability to work onsite in Nashville 60–70% of the time
