Senior Oracle Manufacturing Consultant

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion Manufacturing modules
• Conduct requirement gathering workshops with Production, Planning, and Finance stakeholders
• Analyze business requirements and design scalable Oracle Manufacturing solutions
• Perform advanced system configuration and setups across Manufacturing & Costing modules
• Support integration between Manufacturing, Inventory, Procurement, and Financial modules
• Validate manufacturing costing and accounting flows
• Review and validate data migration templates and reconciliation
• Prepare full functional documentation including BRD, FDD, Test Scripts, and Setup Documents
• Lead SIT, UAT, Cutover, and Go-live activities
• Provide post-implementation support and issue resolution
• Act as client-facing lead for the Manufacturing stream and guide junior consultants

Requirements

• 4–6 years of hands-on experience in Oracle ERP / Oracle Fusion SCM implementations
• Strong experience in Oracle Fusion Manufacturing modules (Work Definition, Work Execution, BOM, Routings, Inventory, Cost Management)
• At least 2–3 full lifecycle Oracle Fusion implementations focused on Manufacturing
• Solid understanding of discrete manufacturing processes and production planning
• Knowledge of standard & actual costing and manufacturing accounting flows
• Experience in conducting requirement gathering sessions and Fit-Gap analysis
• Hands-on experience in system configuration, SIT, UAT, and Go-live support
• Experience in data migration activities using FBDI, ADFDI, or HDL
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with business stakeholders
• Experience in industrial or manufacturing environments is highly preferred
