Senior Oracle Fusion HCM Techno Functional Consultant

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy intelligent HCM workflows using Oracle AI Agentic Studio, including autonomous agents for recruitment and onboarding.
• Leverage Oracle Generative AI Service to build context-aware HR assistants and predictive analytics dashboards.
• Implement and customize Redwood-based pages using Page Composer, Visual Builder Studio (VBS), and Application Composer.
• Develop low-code/no-code HR applications and extensions using VBCS integrated with Fusion HCM REST APIs.
• Design event-driven integrations using VBCS and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for HR data flows.
• Configure and extend Core HR, Absence, Talent Management, Compensation, Payroll, Benefits, and Recruiting (ORC).
• Manage data using HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, OTBI, Fast Formula, HDL, and HSDL.
• Monitor quarterly Oracle Fusion HCM release notes and lead migration assessments from Classic UI to Redwood.

Requirements

• 8+ years of Oracle Fusion HCM experience.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle AI Agentic Studio and Generative AI features within Fusion HCM.
• Proficiency in Redwood UX, including Page Composer, VBS, and Redwood themes.
• Strong VBCS development skills, including REST API integrations and custom page creation.
• Expertise in HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, OTBI, and Fast Formula.
• Deep knowledge of HDL (HCM Data Loader) and HSDL for mass data management.
• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and REST/SOAP web services.
• Strong functional knowledge of Core HR, Payroll, and Talent Management.

• Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
• Ability to produce high-quality technical and functional documentation.
• Proven track record of presenting complex technical solutions to business stakeholders.
