Senior Oracle Fusion Developer

Responsibilities

• Act as the lead technical architect and final reviewer for all technical design decisions impacting custom code.
• Drive the design and development of complex technical solutions, including extensions, interfaces, and customizations.
• Utilize core Fusion development tools such as BI Publisher, Groovy scripting, APEX, VBCS, ATP, and PaaS extensions.
• Serve as the final escalation point for P1/P2 operational incidents, providing rapid root cause analysis and permanent resolutions.
• Lead performance tuning initiatives for critical ESS batch jobs and high-volume transactional interfaces.
• Establish technical standards, coding best practices, and quality gates for the development team.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in ERP functional and technical roles.
• 6+ years of hands-on implementation and support experience with Oracle Fusion ERP.
• Proven history of architecting complex technical solutions within the Fusion framework using BI Publisher, Groovy, APEX, VBCS, or ATP.
• Deep understanding of integration technology, specifically designing robust interfaces using OIC.
• Experience establishing technical standards and governing system changes in live production environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in an organization transitioning to the Oracle Cloud Ecosystem.
• Hands-on experience with additional Oracle PaaS tools.
• Experience using CI/CD tools such as FlexDeploy.
• Experience with third-party supporting software like Avalara, Kyriba, or Zip.
• Working knowledge of AI Agent Studio for Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications.
• Relevant professional Oracle Cloud certifications.
