Senior Oracle Fusion Business Analyst - Record to Report

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing business processes related to Record to Report (R2R), Acquire to Retire (A2R), and Cost Accounting to identify optimization opportunities.
• Recommend and implement solutions for General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Global Intercompany System, and Cost Accounting.
• Work with stakeholders to translate business needs into specific system enhancements.
• Support third-party integrations with Bloomberg, Workday, and Oracle Fusion EPM.
• Provide application support for business users, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Create and maintain documentation, including process flows, functional specifications, and user guides.
• Conduct regression testing and end-user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure systems meet business requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or an equivalent field.
• 8+ years of experience in Record to Report, Acquire to Retire, Cost Accounting, and Intercompany processes.
• Proven experience with Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud Service implementation and support.
• Proficiency in Oracle Fusion ERP architecture and integration.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Strong understanding of industry processes and business requirements.

• Experience supporting large-scale global system implementations across multiple countries.
• Knowledge of Agile Project Management methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
