Senior Oracle Fusion Business Analyst – Invoice to Cash

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing Invoice to Cash (I2C) business processes and identify areas for optimization.
• Recommend and implement solutions within the I2C process to address business needs and improve efficiency.
• Work with stakeholders to translate business requirements into specific system enhancements.
• Support and implement solutions for Customer Master Data Management, Accounts Receivable, and Cash Management.
• Support third-party integrations and provide application support, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Create and maintain documentation, including process flows, functional specifications, and user guides.
• Conduct regression testing and end-user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure systems meet business requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or an equivalent field.
• 8+ years of experience in Invoice to Cash, Customer Master Data Management, and Cash Management processes.
• Proven experience with Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud Service implementation and support.
• Proficiency in Oracle Fusion ERP architecture and integration.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Strong understanding of industry processes and business requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting large-scale global system implementations across multiple countries.
• Knowledge of Agile Project Management methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
