Senior Oracle Fusion Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing Invoice to Pay (I2P) business processes and identify areas for optimization
• Recommend solutions to address business needs and improve efficiency within the I2P cycle
• Work with stakeholders to translate business requirements into specific system enhancements
• Support and implement solutions for Direct and Indirect Procurement, Supplier Portal, Supplier Master Data Management, Accounts Payable, and Cash Management
• Support third-party integrations with Citibank and OpenText
• Provide application support for business users, including troubleshooting and issue resolution
• Create and maintain documentation including process flows, functional specifications, and user guides
• Conduct regression testing and end-user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure system alignment with requirements

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Invoice to Pay, Supplier Master Data Management, Supplier Portal, and Bank Integration
• Deep expertise in Oracle Fusion ERP
• Proficiency in Oracle Fusion ERP architecture and integration
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Strong understanding of industry processes and business requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting large-scale global system implementations across multiple countries
• Knowledge of Agile Project Management Methodologies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
