Senior OPS Manager, Markets Operations

Responsibilities

• Manage daily performance and activities related to Markets operations processes for Central America and Caribbean countries.
• Lead efforts to solve complex inquiries, conduct discovery, and complete due diligence for client requests.
• Develop and implement business plans, policies, and procedures to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
• Represent Operations functions on country governance committees and act as a single point of contact for operational governance.
• Coordinate with internal clients to assess service quality and drive technology enhancements.
• Ensure compliance with local and global regulatory requirements and manage the escalation of significant risk events.
• Actively represent Operations with country regulators and support internal and external audits.

Requirements

• 6-10 years of relevant experience in Markets Operations or a related financial services field.
• Proven people management experience, including leading and developing teams.
• Fluency in both Spanish and English is required.
• Bachelor’s degree or University degree (or equivalent experience).

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
